Payment Options
Cash, Check, and All Major Credit Cards including American Express and Discover Card
Rates:
Insurances Accepted: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare
Cash Pay: $200 for the initial assessment session
$140 per 45-minute session thereafter
Important notes: When I send out appointment date options, I cannot hold them open for long.
Please reply as soon as you can in order to increase the chance that those options will remain available to you.
Failure to cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance will result in the full cost of the session.
